Earlier work from consulting, engineering, school and community projects. I keep it here because it explains how I got to the work I do now. Client work is described by industry and scale, and no client is named.

Commercial analytics for a cancer-diagnostics business

ZS Associates

Led the offshore commercial analytics team for a medtech cancer-diagnostics client across two US business units, working through call planning, alignment, performance reporting and prescriber depth.

Directed salesforce targeting, alignment and sizing for 140+ representatives against a universe of roughly 29,000 high-potential physicians, producing several hundred deliverables over the engagement.

Built a suite of custom tools around it, for validation, payout reporting, calculation and email automation, because the recurring analytical work was eating the team’s capacity for the analysis that mattered.

Go-to-market strategy, eye-care business unit

ZS Associates

Ran the analytics for a go-to-market execution project covering a Canadian business unit, using frontier analysis to assess and segment 5,700+ customer accounts.

The recommendation was as much about what to stop doing as what to start: deprioritize several hundred lower-value accounts, concentrate on roughly nine hundred with real growth potential, and change call frequency for the tier where the competitive risk actually sat.

Sales strategy transformation and contract expiry

ZS Associates

Led the analytics for a sales strategy transformation at a very large medtech client, analyzing 2,600+ key accounts and the contract expirations coming toward them.

The work quantified what each nearing expiry was worth as both opportunity and risk, and turned that into archetype-based renewal strategies rather than an account-by-account scramble.

Customer-engagement product development

ZS Associates

Headed product development on a customer-centric engagement solution for medtech, working across finance, marketing, technology, design and analytics.

Built the insight and suggestion library at the center of it, covering five client segments across use cases including performance reporting, call planning, contract renewal, inventory, cross-sell and patient retention, then created live client demonstrations of the platform.

This is the first product management I did, and the first time I understood that a capability nobody can demonstrate is not a product yet.

Incentive compensation design and operations

ZS Associates

Ran end-to-end execution of an incentive compensation reporting system for a Fortune 500 medtech client, delivering over a thousand payout reports across five business units in the US, Canada and LATAM markets.

Directed plan design and quota setting for ten-plus sales roles, integrating health checks and stakeholder interviews, and earned the firm’s incentive compensation design certification during the project.

The work earned ZS’s Tangible Impact Recognition Award, for halving the monthly deliverable timeline.

People initiatives across a global practice

ZS Associates

Alongside the project work, I ran the people-engagement program for the medtech practice: a 25-member cross-functional team across ten-plus initiatives.

Built three global knowledge repositories and a learning-and-development platform reaching a few hundred professionals; curated fifteen-plus monthly newsletters; ran an expertise-mapping exercise that mapped a hundred-plus people’s technical skills onto practice solution areas.

Set up a mentorship program for 70+ people, plus recognition, work-life-balance and global-connect programs, and organized three global leadership visits.

Power Distribution Module, and the Springer chapter

Pravega Racing · VIT Vellore

Led the design and development of the power distribution module for the Formula Student prototype car: PCB design in KiCad, IC soldering on the manufactured boards, and reliability testing under simulated operating and stress conditions.

The module delivers power to every electrical and electronic subsystem on the car, which means it is where reliability either exists or does not. It was published as a chapter by Springer in March 2021.

Team manager, Formula Student

Pravega Racing · VIT Vellore

Managed a cross-functional team of 40+ engineers across seven departments building a Formula Student race car worth around $45,000.

Owned the statics events, the engineering design report and business presentation, which were historically the team’s weakest. Rebuilt the approach around systematic skill-building and feedback rather than last-minute preparation. The team took a top-three finish in the business presentation against forty-plus international entries at Formula Student Online 2020, and recorded the highest engineering design score an Indian team had achieved.

Also rebuilt the team’s data management from scratch, into a coherent shared architecture across eight departments. It sounds trivial, and it was the single change that most improved how the team worked.

Electrical lead: harness, boards, and an engine swap

Pravega Racing · VIT Vellore

Led the electrical package: automotive-grade wiring harness designed in 2D and 3D, current requirements calculated per subsystem, and manufacturing processes including concentric twisting for signal integrity and waterproofing for reliability.

Ran the engine transition onto a programmable ECU: initial firing on a jig with the stock harness, tuning on stock maps, then firing the new engine on a custom harness and boards. Getting that first clean start is still one of the better moments.

FundRace 3.0 crowdfunding

Pravega Racing · VIT Vellore

Ran the crowdfunding campaign that part-funded the car, a 30-day target on a public platform, exceeded by roughly half again.

Handled the finances and resource allocation, the investor and supporter communication, and designed the backer merchandise.

Google Ad Grants Online Marketing Challenge

PlanetRead

Ran end-to-end strategy and execution of a Google Ads campaign for PlanetRead, a literacy nonprofit, on a $10,000 monthly Google Ads grant, as part of the Google Ad Grants Online Marketing Challenge.

Within thirty days: impressions up roughly 72%, click-through rate up 51%, and conversions up 636%, while cutting average cost per interaction substantially. Awarded a Google Ads Top Marketer certificate for the result.

UAV forest-fire detection and alerting

VIT Vellore · HackerTech

Built a forest-fire detection and mitigation system: distributed sensor nodes for flame, gas and temperature, reporting over RF to a base station that issued alerts on anomaly.

On alert, drones deployed to the fire coordinates carrying cameras, returning live visuals for damage assessment and running image processing to identify people potentially trapped in the affected area.

Low-cost prosthetic arm

VIT Vellore

Built a working prototype of an economical prosthetic arm: a control system actuating the artificial hand, with Arduino firmware interfacing an EMG sensor and translating muscle signals into servo movement.

The hard constraint was cost rather than capability. It had to be something the people who need one could plausibly afford.

Program representative, School of Electrical Engineering

VIT Vellore

Represented 350+ students to faculty and administration, ran quality-control meetings with fifty-plus faculty members, and built a communication channel that got academic issues resolved rather than escalated.

The first structured experience I had of being the person in the middle of two groups who each thought the problem was obvious and each had a different problem in mind.

MBA and MS Analytics, Mays Business School

Texas A&M University

MBA and MS in Analytics, both at 4.0/4.0, conferred May 2026, Summa Cum Laude and a Forté Fellow.

President of BOLD, Former Students Chair of the MBA Association, a member of the Aggie Honor Council’s separation appeal panel, and a pro bono strategy consultant through Aggies in Business.

Coursework that mattered afterwards: predictive analytics, operations management, Lean Six Sigma, corporate finance and M&A valuation.

Adarsh Women’s Polytechnic

Trustee · Head of Administration · Head of Academics

Trustee, and latterly Head of Administration and Head of Academics, at a vocational institution in Gurgaon for women from marginalized socio-economic backgrounds.

Led curriculum development for six industry-aligned vocational tracks across fashion design, beauty culture and computing, and built a personality-development curriculum covering finance, health and digital literacy, added because employability depended on it as much as the trade skill.

Established 120+ employer relationships and a vocational and life-skills library, ran guest lectures with industry practitioners, and rebuilt the faculty documentation and management systems. Reached 1,100+ women over that period.
