Led end-to-end design, development, and manufacturing of Automotive Grade Wiring Harness, encompassing the following key activities:
Development of 2-D and 3-D Wiring Harness: Skillfully designed both the 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional wiring harness layouts to ensure seamless integration within the automotive system, optimizing space utilization and reducing potential interference
Calculation of Current Requirements: Conducting meticulous assessments of the current requirements of various electrical sub-systems, precisely determining the power needs to guarantee efficient and safe performance
Manufacturing Processes: Oversaw the implementation of specialized manufacturing processes for the wiring harness, such as Concentric Twisting for improved signal integrity and Waterproofing to enhance reliability in challenging conditions
Through these efforts, we successfully integrated the Automotive Grade Wiring Harnesses that met stringent quality standards into our race-car, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and contributing to the overall performance and reliability of automotive systems
