Led the comprehensive design and development of Power Distribution Module (PDM) for Formula-Student Prototype Race-car. The project involved the following key aspects:
PCB Design on KiCAD: Skillfully designing the Power Distribution Module's Printed Circuit Board (PCB) using KiCAD software, ensuring optimal layout and functionality for efficient power distribution
IC Soldering: Expertly soldering various Integrated Circuits (ICs) on the manufactured PCBs, meticulously ensuring precise connections for flawless operation
Reliability Testing: Conducting rigorous reliability testing of the PCBs, simulating various operating conditions and stress tests to ensure the PDM's robustness and durability in real-world racing scenarios.
Through meticulous attention to detail and rigorous testing, we successfully developed a cutting-edge Power Distribution Module that enhanced the race-car's performance, safety, and overall competitiveness in the Formula-Student events
