Project Outcomes

As part of the team's transition from Honda CBR600RR engine to KTM390 engine, I played a pivotal role in fine-tuning the KTM390 engine with the PE3 ECU. The process involved the following

Conducted initial testing by externally firing the KTM engine using the stock harness on an Engine-Jig
Performed tuning on stock maps utilizing the Race Dynamics ECU (Stock ECU)
Successfully executed advanced testing by firing the KTM engine using a custom-built Wiring Harness, PCBs, and Powertrain systems integrated with the PE3 ECU

Through meticulous efforts, we accomplished the above resulted in successful firing of the KTM390 engine with the PE3 ECU, a significant achievement for the team
